Republic of Cuba Islamic School Board (RCISB) is a federally incorporated not-for-profit corporation in Canada dedicated to advancing Islamic education in Cuba. Our aim is to help create meaningful learning opportunities for children, youth, and adults through educational spaces rooted in faith, knowledge, service, and community.
Through this work, we hope to support the development of Havana Islamic School (HIS) and future educational programming that serves individuals and families with care, dignity, and purpose. We believe that education can play an important role in strengthening individuals, nurturing families, and building healthier communities.
Our vision is to help establish welcoming spaces where Islamic learning, academic growth, and community connection come together in a way that is accessible, compassionate, and grounded in long-term benefit.
